Description: We are looking for a CNC operator with one of our manufacturing clients. Great opportunity! Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Hours: Monday through Friday 5:45am- 2:05pm Pay: 52k 65k/ yearly salary CNC Machinist Machined Products Responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision machined components. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Select tooling, perform machine setups, adjust speeds and feeds, and troubleshoot machining issues to optimize production. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs to inspect finished parts and maintain quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes. Experience with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, and metal machining is preferred. Welding experience is a plus but not required.
