What are you going to do?\n \nAs a service Technician, you will be the face of our company at our customers. The Field Service Technician will travel to our customer sites across the country; you will also travel international for meetings and training purposes. If your interests are into the latest fully automated machinery technology and you like traveling to customer sites, this position will be the one for you!\n \nBecause this position comes with travel we offer a flexible schedule to our field technicians, a form of this is three weeks on the road one week at home. The CNC Field Service Technician will travel to our customer sites in North America to repair and trouble shoot technical issues. \n \nWhat is your preferred work location?\n \nWe ask\n\n Service, maintenance and scheduled repairs of equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex CNC machinery components.\n Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with your customer on repairs, parts ordered, and time estimated to complete repair\n \nRequirements:\n\n High School Education or equivalent.\n A certificate or diploma from an Institute of Technology is an asset.\n Two-year CNC machine repair/maintenance.\n Strong communication skills.\n Strong electrical trouble shooting skills\n Computer knowledge\n Able to read Electrical drawings / Hydraulic drawings / Mechanic manuals\n Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance System knowledge.\n Able to travel (internationally) for training purposes\n Ability to work overtime or on off shifts as needed.
