CNC Grinding Operator
Location: Painesville, OH
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00+ per hour (Higher rates considered for highly qualified candidates)

What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision components
- Load stock materials into machines and feed mechanisms
- Verify machine settings and perform first-piece inspections
- Monitor grinding operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications
- Perform measurements using precision inspection tools and gauges
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues to ensure quality and efficiency
- Replace worn tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment concerns
- Communicate production information and shift updates with team members
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For:
- CNC grinding, machining, or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Experience using measuring instruments and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
