Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC machines (Haas)
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production
- Make program edits and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience, including 5-axis machining
- Hands-on experience with Haas machines, including setup and program editing
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Experience working with tight tolerances and short production runs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
