SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a large manufacturing client located in Carol Stream, IL. This position will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $50,000/yr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts: 1st Shift: 6:30a-3p, M-F
Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:- Follow blueprints to ensure manufactured parts meet specifications.
- Adjust setups accordingly to ensure a quality product.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Communicate all machine-related issues with manager.
- Train to be proficient on various machines.
- Keep machines and workspace spotless.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience setting up and operating a CNC Laser / Turret.
- Familiarity with Amada machines preferred.
- Press brake experience a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use measuring tools.
- Reliable team player and works well with others.
