CNC Lathe and Mill Operator — Precision Manufacturing

Step into a day on the floor

It’s 6:00 a.m. in Lowell and you’re powering up a CNC lathe. You’ve already checked your setup, verified offsets, and reviewed the print. This isn’t a push-button role—you’re hands-on with lathes, mills, and CNC equipment, making adjustments, running inspections, and keeping production flowing smoothly from first piece to final part.

Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a growing manufacturer to add skilled operators—immediate start available.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Run and oversee CNC lathes and mills to meet daily production goals.
• Perform basic setups and in-process adjustments to keep parts in spec.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify critical dimensions.
• Inspect finished components, identify defects, and take corrective action.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

What you bring

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Background with CNC, lathe, or milling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read prints and confidently use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Dependable, team-oriented work ethic.

Shifts & pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday — $18.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday — $18.50/hr

Lowell area.
