TMD Staffing is looking to hire experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Operators in the Northwest Houston, TX 77041 area!
In-Person, Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility
Operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines to manufacture precision parts according to engineered blueprints and specifications.
Perform machine set-ups and monitor machine operations for quality and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, process documents, and operating instructions.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators.
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet company quality standards.
Operate table saws and other equipment for cutting raw materials.
Identify machining issues or defects and report concerns to management.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.
Minimum 12 years of CNC Lathe and/or Mill operating experience required.
Experience reading engineered blueprints and machining threaded applications.
Experience with Fanuc controls preferred.
Experience with DMG Mori Seiki or Mazak machines is a plus.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
$20.00$22.00/hour DOE
Shift 1: 6:00AM 3:00PM
Shift 3: 9:00PM 6:00AM
Monday Friday
Overtime and weekends as needed
