Immediate opening for a CNC Lathe Machinist, 2nd Shiftin San Diego, CA who possesses:
1.5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Lathes with FANUC controls, preferably in an Aerospace environment
Experience with hand tools (micrometers, height gauges, calipers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Operate one or more CNC machines
Set-up machines and submit parts for first article approvals
Use provided measuring equipment to inspect parts
Complete a task with minimal supervision
Participate in Safety improvement throughout the facility
Keep your area clean, organized, and well maintained
The selected candidate will also possess:
Machine Set-up experience
Metrology experience
Basic machine maintenance
Ability to read engineering sketches
Programming background a plus
Formal CNC training courses a plus
Salary Range: $25-$34/hr
