Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff)
- Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff)
What You’ll Do
- Perform CNC setups, tool changes, offsets, and operation
- Run parts to tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
- Read blueprints, GD&T, and setup documentation
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision gaging
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes
- Support preventive maintenance & machine upkeep
- Perform deburring and finishing as needed
- Participate in lean manufacturing & continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe/turning required)
- Ability to perform setups and run independently
- Experience with offsets, troubleshooting, and multi-machine operation
- Strong blueprint reading & inspection skills
- Comfortable working with tight tolerances and complex parts
- Aerospace, medical, or high-precision experience preferred
