CNC Lathe Machinist - Bourne, MA - Ability to produce precision machined parts in stainless steels, aluminum, titanium and plastics by setting up & running large capacity horizontal CNC lathe machines.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company and industry standards.
Setup & operate CNC lathes based on work orders & blueprints.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and G-code/CAM programs to understand specifications and instructions.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality output and meet production goals.
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Document production data and report nonconformities in output.
Collaborate with quality inspectors and supervisors to support process improvement, and production deadlines.
