CNC Mill Machinist

Pay: $22-$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Assignment Length: 480-hour contract (temp-to-hire potential)
Position Overview
HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for a reputable manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with strong setup experience and the ability to edit programs to ensure precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual and/or CNC mills and lathes
Edit CNC lathe programs to maintain part accuracy and optimize production
Perform full machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Qualifications
3–5 years of recent experience operating mills and lathes
Proven ability to edit machining programs
Experience performing complete machine setups independently
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to safely operate industrial machinery
Work Environment & Requirements
Dress Code: Casual; steel-toe boots required
Background Check: Case-by-case (no theft, violence, or sex-related offenses)
Drug Screen: (OMMA card accepted for non-driving positions)
