CNC Lathe Machinist

William Sopko & Sons Co. is looking for a dependable CNC Machinist to join our growing team. We're a family-owned manufacturing company offering steady work, consistent hours, and a supportive shop environment.

Pay & Benefits

$23–$28/hr., commensurate with experience

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: Full shifts
• Friday: Half-day
• No weekends!

What You'll Do

• Operate and set up CNC lathes
• Read blueprints and part drawings
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts
• Make basic machine offsets and basic G-code edits
• Produce quality parts while maintaining efficiency

We're Looking For:

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
