CNC Lathe Machinist II (Second Shift)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist II for a manufacturing production operation which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in CNC lathe machining operations and metal finishing looking to further their career in precision manufacturing.

• Operate CNC lathes to machine large components (struts, tubes) from steel, titanium, and aluminum materials
• Perform advanced lathe setup and operational procedures
• Identify and resolve operational issues with machinery and processes to maintain efficiency
• Ensure all machined parts meet strict quality standards and precise specifications
• Document work and maintain accurate production records using computer systems

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of CNC Machinist experience (lathe specific preferred; mill experience accepted)
• Advanced lathe setup, operation, and troubleshooting skills with manufacturing industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; detail-oriented with excellent attendance and computer proficiency

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• CNC mill operation experience
• Prior CNC programming knowledge (programming duties not required for this role)
