Determine setup procedures control settings machining methods and sequences Independently setup and control settings on CNCs Establish work offsets and set cutting tools Knowledge of cutting tools and precision measuring equipment. Ability to follow BOM Read and Interpret blueprints shop instructions customer drawings and engineering instructions Ability to understand CAD modeling Past experience with HAAS and Okuma Brand CNC experience is a plus but not requiredThis is a Full-TimeTemp-to-HireOpportunityThe ideal candidate will have Required skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in a machine shop is required. Have knowledge of the manufacturing environment Have knowledge of Aerospace environment and products Must be detail-oriented extremely thorough and possess good judgment. Must be able to speak read and write English Must know GD&T and have the ability to read engineering drawings. Must be able to work weekends. Preferred Skills & Qualifications The ability to stand for 1 hour a day. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
