Job Title: CNC Lathe Programmer / Machinist
Location: Waxahachie, TX
Pay: $40+/hour plus 10% of the company’s monthly profit
About the Job:
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This position requires someone who can program, setup, and operate CNC lathes independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
What You’ll Do:
Program CNC lathes using Mastercam
Setup and operate CNC lathes with FANUC controls
Run multiple machines efficiently
Perform live tooling/live milling operations
Inspect parts and maintain quality standards
Work independently with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
CNC lathe programming and setup experience
Mastercam experience required
FANUC control experience required
Live tooling/live milling experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Compensation:
$40+/hour based on experience
10% share of monthly company profit
Potential for $150,000+ annual earnings
