Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines using G-code or conversational programming
Manufacture precision parts from blueprints, sketches, and specifications
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards and procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and complete jobs independently from start to finish
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes
Experience using precision measurement tools and maintaining quality standards
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software
Background in aerospace, military, or high-precision manufacturing environments
