Your mission
- Program CNC machines and make effective edits to improve part quality and throughput.
- Set up complex and repeat jobs to standard, ensuring repeatability and accuracy.
- Produce and verify first-article parts; complete inspection sheets and paperwork.
- Apply GD&T and advanced shop math (trig/geometry) to hold tight tolerances.
- Run multiple machines in a production cell when required.
- Read and interpret blueprints at a medium-to-advanced level.
- Mentor operators on repetitive tasks and sound metrology practices.
- Contribute to team goals with additional duties as needed.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 5+ years of machining experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math fundamentals
- Hands-on skill with precision measurement and hand metrology
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machines

- VMCs (3–4 axis and 5+ axis): Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, Makino
- Lathes (2–4 axis and 5+ axis): Mazak, Haas, Doosan, DMG Mori Seiki, Miyano, Okuma

- Brookfield, Wisconsin
- 1st Shift: 5:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–1:30am, Mon–Fri
