What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to achieve precise dimensions and finishes.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders to define machining approaches.
• Monitor machine performance; make real-time adjustments to parameters and tool wear.
• Execute routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to sustain uptime.
• Partner with teammates to drive process improvements and boost efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments; record findings.
• Document run data, part counts, and setup details accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or machining degree preferred.
• Proven background as a CNC machinist or similar machining position.
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who collaborates well in a team setting.
• Effective communicator with a strong safety focus.
