CNC Lathe/Mill Production Machinist — Aerospace, Defense & Medical

B&A Precision has spent 50+ years earning the trust of Aerospace, Defense, and Medical customers. We’re looking for a CNC professional who can run turning or milling equipment to produce high‑precision parts on time and to spec.

What You’ll Do

• Run either CNC horizontal lathes (2–3 axis) or CNC mills (3–5 axis). Applicants will be considered if you specialize in one area.
• Use Fanuc controls and apply G‑code knowledge for basic edits and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints; leverage working knowledge of GD&T where applicable.
• Verify in‑process and final dimensions with micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other measuring tools.
• Collaborate with the shop supervisor and team to meet quality and delivery goals.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience.
• Basic blueprint literacy; GD&T exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and G‑code programming.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• Comfort working in a team‑based environment.

Schedule & Compensation
