Join Integrity Trade Services and our manufacturing client in the Lowell area to run advanced machining equipment and keep production flowing smoothly. This is a hands-on role working with lathes, mills, and CNC machines—decidedly not a push-button job. You’ll set up equipment, monitor runs, perform in-process inspections, and help ensure every part meets spec.

Lowell area | Integrity Trade Services is hiring for our manufacturing client to start immediately.
Schedule and pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday — $18.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday — $18.50/hr
What you’ll do
- Operate and closely monitor CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
- Complete basic setups and make adjustments to keep parts within tolerance.
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions accurately.
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and product quality.
- Inspect finished components and address defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
What you bring
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred).
- Background with CNC, lathe, or mill equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and work confidently with precision measuring tools.
- Keen attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Capability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
