    Make precision your craft

Imagine taking a raw blank and delivering a part that meets spec on every dimension. That’s the challenge—and the satisfaction—of this role. You’ll own the setup, the fine adjustments during the run, and the final inspection that protects our reputation for quality.

    Your impact

    • Setup: Choose and mount fixtures, attachments, and cutting tools based on job requirements.
    • Collaboration: Align with engineers and supervisors on print intent; recommend design changes when current options won’t meet the need.
    • Optimization: Tune speeds, feeds, and cutting strategy to achieve accuracy and repeatability.
    • Control: Interpret cutting plans, load them into the machine control, and make edits to correct issues.
    • Run monitoring: Watch the cut, catch errors as they start, and take corrective action.
    • Machine health: Manage temperatures, ensure proper warm-up/cool-down, and keep coolant fresh.
    • Verification: Inspect finished components for accuracy and uniformity.
    • Upkeep: Perform scheduled maintenance—lubrication, cleaning, and tool replacement.

Note: There are no programming openings at this time; programming familiarity and G-code understanding are still valued.
