We are seeking a CNC Lathe Machine Operator for 2nd shift, with training provided.
- Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines to produce precision medical implants.
- Read blueprints, perform inspections with precision measuring tools, and maintain tight tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance, document activities, and follow quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
Requirements: High school diploma, 1+ year blueprint reading, GD&T experience, problem-solving skills.
