A rapidly growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to support high-precision turning operations across multiple shifts. This opportunity is ideal for machinists with Swiss or multi-axis lathe experience seeking long-term growth in a modern manufacturing environment.

  • Star Swiss
  • Ganesh Swiss
  • Triple-Turret Lathes
  • Index 8-Axis Machines
What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and Swiss machines.
  • Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Monitor production to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections.
  • Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous CNC lathe or Swiss machining experience required.
  • Strong understanding of turning operations and tight tolerances.
  • Knowledge of G & M code preferred.
  • Experience editing programs offline is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
