CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator (First Shift)
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to join our team on first shift. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a stable and rewarding environment.
Position Details

Shift: First Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform routine inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Make adjustments to programs and machine settings as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Experience operating and programming CNC lathe machines
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Milling experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
