What you’ll do
Set up and run Okuma LB3000 and LB4000 CNC lathes for production jobs
Study engineering drawings to determine zero points, tools, and operations
Dial in machine and tool offsets; swap and preset cutting tools proactively
Perform in-process and final inspections to the drawing
Measure with micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, height gauges, and thread gauges
Keep the process tight by maintaining detail orientation from first-article through completion
Show consistent reliability—on time, prepared, and accountable every shift
What you bring
Hands-on background in CNC lathe setup and operation
Experience with Okuma LB3000 and/or LB4000 platforms
Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings on the floor
Confidence making offsets and performing tool changes
Skill in precision measurement and hand metrology
Focus, accuracy, dependability, and punctuality
Willingness to work the second shift
