Salary: $80,000-$105,000
What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining equipment
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs
Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, and machine documentation
Repair and service machine components including:
Ball screws
Bearings
Linear guides
Spindles
Servo systems
Turrets
Relays
Machine leveling systems
Run CNC machines to verify repairs and machine performance
Accurately document maintenance activities and completed repairs
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
5+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and ladder logic
