Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (overtime available as needed)
Salary: $80,000-$105,000
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining equipment
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs
- Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, and machine documentation
- Repair and service machine components including:
- Ball screws
- Bearings
- Linear guides
- Spindles
- Servo systems
- Turrets
- Relays
- Machine leveling systems
- Run CNC machines to verify repairs and machine performance
- Accurately document maintenance activities and completed repairs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and ladder logic
