Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC production machines and facility equipment according to OEM instruction and production needs.
Ability to operate a variety of CNC lathes, mills, Fanucand other CNC machinery as needed for machine repairs. Handwheel, MDI, and Auto operation.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, machine geometry alignments, spindle inspection/replacement, ball screw inspection, Bearing preload settings, High Pressure coolant system adjustments, and general component diagnosis and repair.
Perform electrical and electronical troubleshooting such as spindle/axis servo tuning, servo amplifier replacement and programing, single and three phase power supplies, low voltage control wiring, overload protection resetting, AC/DC motor inspection and troubleshooting.
Set up work with variety of vendors, contractors, and outside technicians, as well with other members of our internal Maintenance department
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong background with Fanuc controls, to include parameter changes, system back-ups, grid shifts, pitch error compensation, G and M codes, and the ability to read IO and search Ladder Logic as needed for diagnosis purposes.

Understanding and use precision measuring equipment
Experience with vacuum pumps and systems is a desired skill
Knowledge of, and ability to comply with OSHA Safety and company rules.
Education and Experience:
Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a technical apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of qualified maintenance experience.
5-7 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
