HireCall is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists for both day and night shifts with a reputable manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. Purpose Statement
The CNC Machinist will lead employees and oversee departmental processes, including CNC and manual machining and related inspections, in a machine shop environment to ensure high-quality product output. This role requires alignment with company core values and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate machining department activities
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, lathes, and mills
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
Ensure all parts meet dimensional and cosmetic quality standards
Communicate and resolve production, quality, or scheduling issues
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Monitor scrap, rework, and equipment performance
Support continuous improvement and document updates
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
