CNC Machine Operator I – 2nd Shift
Newington, NH
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
$25+/HR – Based on Experience
2nd Shift = 20% differential
Seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to support high-volume manufacturing operations in a precision machining environment.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines and automated production equipment
Load/unload parts and monitor machining processes
Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measurement tools
Read blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
Complete production documentation and inspection reports
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate with leads/supervisors
Maintain production standards, quality, and safety compliance
Support 5S and workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
1+ year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience required
Experience operating CNC equipment in a production environment
Ability to use precision measuring tools and inspect machined parts
Blueprint reading and quality inspection experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
