WorkSource is seeking CNC Machine Operators for a Client in the Springdale area for 1st and 2nd shift. 1st Shift - 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday. -2nd shift 3:30pm - 12am

Pay depends on experience and score of aptitude testing

Compensation and Benefits include:

Required Skills:
  • Stable work history/strong attendance a must
  • Experience with machining measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
  • Experience reading manufacturing prints
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lb repeatedly
  • Strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience operating various CNC machines (minimum 2 years a plus)
  • Set-up experience a plus
  • Strong mathematical skills a plus
