As a CNC Machine Operator, working with your team members, you will produce machined parts for our plasma cutting systems through machining, assembly, and packaging tasks in an assigned manufacturing area, using standard work instructions. You can contribute to our 100% Associate-owned company by participating in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase our shared profits.

• Immediate opportunity for advancement of pay in your first year starting hourly range is $25.30 - $26.45 / hour for 3rd shift Machine Operators. Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 18 years of age or older • Comfort and interest in working with technology including, experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows Operating Systems • A positive attitude and willingness and interest to learn technical material • Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow and process instructions • Basic math understanding (we will work with you and provide coaching!) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work 3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift 50 pounds • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment • Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts • Repetitive motion • Fast-paced manufacturing environment
