Shift Option 1: Sunday through Wednesday
Shift Option 2: Wednesday through Saturday In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' exact specifications. Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in machining or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of milling operations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Manual dexterity to safely handle small parts and tools.
