CNC Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Mill)

Hours & Location: Avon Lake, OH • Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:30pm • Overtime as needed (Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm)

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a stable, long-standing shop that machines aluminum castings into finished parts. You’ll stay active all shift—loading parts, running a CNC mill cycle, and checking quality—while working with a team that values reliability, safety, and doing the job right.

Job Responsibilities:

Load raw castings onto a CNC milling machine, secure/tighten, close the door, and start the cycle
Deburr machined parts and inspect for defects and quality issues
Handle parts typically 5–35 lbs and keep your area clean and organized
Support other areas as needed, including labeling, packing, and preparing parts for shipment
No tow motor experience required

Required Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect parts
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a production environment
Able to take direction and work safely in a busy shop
Steel-toe boots required; safety glasses used on the floor

Contract-to-Hire Path:

Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential based on performance, quality, and attendance. Once hired in, you’ll transition to the company’s benefits package and pay growth through annual review/raise cycles.
