Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment
• Operate dowel machines and edge banders
• Read blueprints and verify measurements
• Inspect completed products for quality
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic machining issues
• Stage, label, and move production materials
• Assist with product assembly and inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Experienced machinists may train operators and perform advanced setups

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• CNC or woodworking experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a CNC Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
