CNC Machine Operator

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of experience in machinery setup and operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery
• Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 50 pounds, and wear PPE during shifts

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate machinery to meet blueprint specifications
• Manage changeovers and machine setups
• Ensure quality and production goals are met
• Operate grinders and move materials as needed
• Maintain good housekeeping and environmental standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
