What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred 3 years of experience in production machinery setup and operation required Exceptional mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery Capacity to comprehend follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, utilize excellent visual acuity, corrected and manual dexterity, wear required PPE and lift 50 pounds
What Youll Do as a Machine Operator
Set up and operate various production machinery to complete customer orders according to blueprint specifications Run a bank of machines, owning changeovers and setups Ensure quality and production goals are achieved Operate grinders Move materials as needed Establish good housekeeping practices and maintain Environmental Quality and Quantity (EQQ) requirements Perform other tasks as assigned
