Starting Pay Rate is based on experience. $20.00 and up Qualifications: - Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Multi-Axes CNC Machine Operator or a graduate from a machining program, including a trade school graduate with some work experience - Experience with Hand Tools such as grinders, drills, sanders, etc. - Familiarity with a factory environment - The employee routinely is required to walk, talk, hear, use hands, fingers, handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch, and typically lift up to 30 pounds - The environment is generally moderate in temperature and noise level - Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, solvents, and tooling - Can work under deadlines - Clear verbal communication skills in English, both one-on-one and in small groups. (A bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus.) - Comfortable working collaboratively and with minimal supervision - Graduate of a CNC course or trade school with CNC machining curriculum (preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) What to expect from the role: - Proper setup of CNC Machines - Meet daily production goals - Operators load materials, into CNC machines to be shaped - Inspect fabricated part to make sure that it matches specifications - Operate machines as assigned and diagnose any and all machining problems, - Directly assist any operators in securing tools, gages, materials, interpreting specifications and special requirements - Make frequent examinations of the equipment alerting the Machining Supervisor to the need for repairs/maintenance - Observe safety rules and standards of conduct, including maintaining the factory and work area as clean and safe working environment - Regularly inspect production for quality and follow all applicable inspection procedures and work instructions - Accurately and promptly execute all necessary programming, set-up, production, quality, maintenance and training records - Standard 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (45-min lunch) - Standard 2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM What you can expect from Fabbrica: - Complimentary Lunch Served Daily by Fabbrica - Respect - Appreciation of your input, participation, and cooperation - Work-Life Balance (We do not talk about it; we live it!) - 401(k) w/matching - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Job Type: Full-time
