CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Systems, Cutting Tools, Hand Tools, Housekeeping/Cleaning, Loading/Unloading
We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator. We do offer on the job training and require at least 1 year experience as a CNC Machine Operator. We have other workers in the department you would be working with.
- Have a basic knowledge of CNC Machine controls.
- Loading/unloading material to/from the machine fixtures by using various hand tools.
- Perform in process inspections while machines are running with calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
- Adjust tool offsets according to the inspection results.
- Replace cutting tools if deemed necessary.
- Perform daily maintenance like cleaning of the machines/floors, filling up cutting fluid/machine oil, etc.
- Run multiple machines.
