CNC Machine Operator Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Load materials and monitor machine operations throughout production
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Make machine offsets and minor adjustments to maintain product quality
• Record production and inspection data accurately
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
