CNC Machine Operator II-Direct Hire/Temp to Hire-Beverly, Ma
Pay rate $23-28 per hour
Full-time hourly position-Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Responsible for the manufacture and inspection of high precision products of varying complexity under minimal supervision. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed and must have the appropriate level of CNC machining experience required for the job as outlined below.

Essential Functions
• Adhere to Company's Employee Expectations as trained
• Set up and operate various CNC machine tools in accordance with company policy, procedures, and time standards.
• Perform various repetitive production machining operations using the ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches and work instructions.
• Inspect parts produced.
• Transmit and receive CNC programs, maintain computerized and/or manual production records.
• Provide technical assistance and on-the-job training to other employees.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Competencies
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with colleagues in a professional and cooperative manner.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• General computer skills.

Physical Demands
• Visual acuity (corrected) to read documents, drawings, instructions and to inspect machined parts.
• Stand, move about the shop floor, talk, hear, bend, squat, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Required Education and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational school background is helpful
• 5-10 Years in a Manufacturing environment
