As an Operator-in-Training / CNC Machine Operator, you will load parts, operate controls, inspect finished components, and perform deburring as needed.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and customer standards, following established processes with supervision.
- Interpret blueprints, meet performance goals, and complete accurate documentation such as PCDs, clock entries, checklists, and records.
- Follow procedures for handling nonconforming parts and participate in Ultra C-Lean initiatives.
- Maintain tools and inspection equipment, report equipment issues promptly, and uphold a safe, organized work environment.
- Perform machine setups, tool offsets (verified by team leads), and complete detailed logs in the Tie-In Book.
- Mark unloaded parts with employee and operation numbers, and perform other duties as assigned.
