Shift: 3rd shift - 8:45 pm - 7:00 am (Sun-Thurs)
Pay & Total Rewards
The pay range for this position is $26.95-$37.75 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.
This position comes with a $3,000 sign on bonus, which is payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign on bonus. Sign-on bonus payments are subject to any legally required or elected withholdings, and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Position Summary
As a Level IV Machine Operator, you'll be a senior level operator on our manufacturing team, producing fluid-system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can confidently and independently operate and maintain machinery in a production environment, troubleshoot and solve complex problems, and perform machine changeovers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
You'll have the opportunity to use and grow your machining expertise every day, while serving as a mentor to junior team members. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role. You’ll work independently following set up procedures and quality plans leveraging your knowledge and experience in machining, tooling, and problem solving across a variety of machines in a clean, safe, modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
