CNC Machine Operator | VTL Machinist | Palmyra, PA
TradeWorX is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators and VTL Machinists for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the Palmyra, PA area. This is a 1st shift position with immediate interview availability and a pathway to hire-on after 640 hours. CNC operators, CNC lathe operators, VTL operators, and machinists with blueprint and precision inspection experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime:
$25.00–$30.00/hour based on experience, skill level, and interview. Higher pay may be considered for candidates with strong VTL, setup, tight tolerance, or advanced machining experience. Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.
Schedule:
1st shift. Monday–Thursday, 5: 00 AM to 3: 30 PM. Friday, 5: 00 AM to 12: 00 PM. Immediate start opportunity available for qualified candidates.
Job Duties:
- Operate CNC machines and/or Vertical Turning Lathe equipment to produce precision parts
- Read blueprints, machining tolerances, work orders, and production specifications
- Perform tool changes, offsets, machine adjustments, and basic setup support
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Maintain production quality, safety standards, and accurate part inspection
- Support long-term production needs in a precision machining environment
Requirements:
- CNC machine operation experience required
- VTL, CNC lathe, or vertical turning lathe experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Reliable attendance and long-term interest in a temp-to-perm opportunity
- Ability to work 1st shift schedule and follow shop safety standards

- Can perform offsets, tool changes, and machine adjustments
