Job Description
- Operate and monitor machining equipment (CNCs, lathes, mills, etc.)
- Load parts and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Make basic adjustments to tooling and offsets to maintain quality
- Identify and report issues with machines, tooling, or part quality
- Replace worn or broken tooling as needed
- Complete production documentation, tags, and reporting
- Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S standards)
- Support continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
