JOB ROLE: A busy manufacturing facility in Navasota is seeking a Temporary CNC Machine Operator - on-the-job training provided!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts - Set up tools, fixtures, and materials accurately - Calculate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance - Inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy - Detect and correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions - Follow all safety standards and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or GED (preferred) - Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) - Manufacturing or machining experience preferred - Ability to stand for 8-12 hours in varying weather conditions - Ability to work various shift based on production needs - Previous experience with Okuma and Mori Seiki CNC machines a plus
