Location: Omaha, NE
Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $28.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5-8's (Monday-Friday schedule)

What You'll Be Doing
• Operate CNC Laser, Waterjet, press brakes, rollers, punch presses and related equipment
• Set up, adjust, and run fabrication machinery according to blueprints and work orders
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools for accuracy
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory transactions
• Follow safety procedures and support 5S and ISO quality standards
• Assist with equipment maintenance and continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For
• 1-2 years of fabrication or machine shop experience preferred
• Experience with CNC machinery and fabrication equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching and handling materials
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat and metal work exposure
