We are hiring a full-time Machine Operator to operate CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring production efficiency and part quality.
Key responsibilities include
- Operating CNC equipment per work instructions
- Performing basic inspections with measuring tools
- Following safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining machine coolant and lubricant levels
- Assisting with tool changes and machine offsets
- Keeping the work area organized
- Reporting issues promptly
Requirements include
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic math and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
