We are looking to bring on a CNC Operator for an entry-level operating position. This position requires no prior machining experience, we will train you on the job. You will start with basic operations like loading bar feeders, running pre-programmed CNC machines, and performing quality checks, with opportunities to learn and grow your machining skills over time.
Key Responsibilities
Load raw stock into bar feeders and machine loaders under senior operator guidance.
Run pre-programmed CNC mills or lathes according to standard operating procedures.
Perform basic inspections on finished parts.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical interest and willingness to learn machining on the job.
Basic math skills and ability to read a standard tape measure.
