Seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Seymour, CT.
Responsibilities include operating CNC lathe machines, making offsets, adjusting tools, reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and performing safe loading/unloading, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, basic math skills, and 1-3 years of CNC lathe experience. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNC certification and familiarity with tight tolerances are a plus.
Work is on 2nd shift (3:30 pm - 12 am), with OT available after 12 am and training on off-shift possible.
